What a three week period. Late deliveries broken promises, incorrect deliveries would have tried the patience of a saint. Everyone who knows Carlo is aware that a saint he is definitely not. He chased, cagouled and swore at everyone and the schedule was met. The saying that “Rome wasn't built in a day” would not have applied if Carlo had been in charge. Steve and Carlo give their thanks to all and everyone concerned for their mammoth efforts in achieving this remarkable goal and for putting up with Carlos style of management made necessary by his determination to achieve his vision of the Peoples Pub.
